Terrible Service. Flight Centre just dont care
After many years of good service from Flight Centre I now received the worst possible service. I urge everyone NOT to use the ONLINE BOOKING. The Service is pathetic. I have mailed them , Called them and still nothing. They are supposed to send me a form to fill out which they just don't send. They got the money and now the client is of now concern to them anymore. I doubt I will ever use their service again

It is 3 days now that I first mailed you and called you. the reservation details are K3QEUA
I spoke yesterday to your team again and was told they will send me a form for the return of the flight money. As you can see I cannot fly since all flights have been cancelled into Europe
Can you tell me the exact procedure what I need to do to get my money back
