Terrible service!

<p>My Fiance and I went to Fligth centre at Clearwater mall yesterday - very excited to start planning for our Honeymoon in January. Unfortunately we met with Marcos Pedro - a travel expert who was very rude and unfriendly. Every question we asked was rep**** to with such an unpleasant manner and unwillingness to help. When he asked our budget and we rep****, he immediately told us that we have to increase our budget, and that it was impossible within that price range, which was not unreasonable, given the packages advertised on the Flight centre website. He was not even willing to help or make suggestions to us. He also promised to send us more info and Some quotes before the end of the day, and til now I have not received a word from him. I was very disappointed with this service as I have visited Flight centre before (other brances and telephonic enquires) and have always received friendly and helpful assistance. </p> <p> </p>
