<p>As a firs time solo traveller I booked a ticket from CPT/BALI with Suzanne Japhta at Kenilworth Centre CT in MAY 16. I was never advised at inception that their was an option of a flexi ticket- she only promoted her non-refundable ticket. I had to cancel my flight due to an outbreak of dengue fever in Bali - The advise she offered me then was not supportive and in my best interest at the time-I lost almost R9500.00 on this ticket due to her negligent service.I will never deal with Flight Centre again. Be wary of dealing with sales people that are only target driven and do not have your best interest at heart. I had to wait 3 months and only received a R1000.00 refund for taxes. Totally disgusted!!!!</p>
