Taking elderly people for a ride

Dear Flight Centre<br> <br> You should be ashamed!<br> <br> Two lovely, beautiful people, 80 and 83 years old, trusted you to give them a good deal on flights . They do not have the mod cons of internet assess as they cannot afford it. So they went to you for Kulula flights.. You charged them R2200 when it only cost you R1600... Now I read that you are also guilty of high cancellation charges.. Oh wow.. I hang my head in shame on your part...<br> <br> It would be nice if you can respond and show a little kindness by allowing these two very senior people to change their service provider and have R600 to buy one return ticket on line with the help of a good Samaritan who has on line facilities...<br> <br> They could only purchase one way tickets as their pension only aloud that for the month.. All they wanted to do was see there brothers and sisters one last time..
