Surprise: R8000 refund on tour price thanks to clever lady

<p>About two months ago I booked a tour for me and my wife to Cuba through Flight Centre. Alecia Whitfield-Jones was our sales asssitant - as with previous tours. I paid the requested price asked by the tour operator. Weeks later Alecia phoned with a nice surprise. She wanted my bank deatils, because of a R8000 refund.<br />"And what is that for?" I wanted to know.<br />Thens she told me how two days after my payment she had discovered on the operator's website that it still had two openings - at a reduced price. Alecia contacted them and wanted to know why we as her clients, had not received the same discount. Eventually the company budged, and paid a balance of R8020 back to Flight Centre. Once she had been sure of the money was back into Flight Centre's bank account, Alecia phoned and asked for my bank details.<br />I would never have known about this discount, were it not for Alecia! This is why I keep going back, and especially to her for service. Thank you, Alecia en Flight Centre!</p>
