Superb Service from Flight Centre Blue Route Mall

Rodney Jansen from Flight Centre Blue Route Mall did an amazing job in getting us home from UK when our FredOlsen cruise to Norway was cancelled due to the Virus crisis. I phoned Rodney on WhatsApp on at least three occasions, he changed our tickets once then, fearing that South Africa might close airports from 18th March, I contacted Rodney early on Monday morning and within 30 minutes we had new tickets to leave UK that same afternoon. I normally book air tickets online with the Airline directly but because of the superb service provided by Flight Centre Blue Route Mall and more importantly Rodney Jansen I will always in the future use Flight Centre Blue Route Mall......Many, many thanks Rodney for getting us out of a potentially tricky situation.
