Super Amazing Customer Service

I would like to acknowledge Sherrine Collins - Assistant Manager for the amazing service.

A month early (March 2019) we were undecided about our trip and the time of travel but Sherrine made it very easy and she guided us through the process.

She has gone back and beyond to assist us regarding our trip to the UK. It was not only flight booking she also assisted us with my 6 months tourism visa through her connections, so that am able to travel with my husband until we are ready to do the settlement visa, without her I would have been forced to wait here in South Africa alone for six month but she change that for us, she is a miracle worker! she contacted her visa partners and assured us that we will get the visa. She follow ups even when when she was off-sick as well as the time she lost her father, but she managed to still put us first.

I'm grateful for people like her who still treat customers with respect and as priority and still willing to go an extra mile.

It has been a great journey working with her and today we are starting our new life in the UK because of her- she has made our dreams com true!!!

I can not thank her enough but I have found family in her and the flight Centre. I will recommend their services to all my friends and family.
