Stranded away from home
Hello. I would like to send a very positive review with regards to the service I have received from Chad Winter at Flight Centre, Somerset Mall. He has gone above and beyond his call of duty with regards to my travel arrangements. I am living on a boat with my husband at anchor in the Caribbean. Since the Covid-19 lockdown world wide, I have had to change my return flight 3 times because of no service. Chad Winter has been unbelievable in his assistance in helping me do this. Service like this is not always given, so I thank him and Flight Centre for going that extra mile on my behalf.
