My boyfriend and I have been trying to book a trip to Thailand for the past week. Once everything had been arranged and confirmed we had emailed to ask for banking details to pay for the trip. With no response 2 days later I managed to get hold of another Travel \expert\" who has now told me the flight prices have gone up.<br> <br> I am highly upset as we now need to fork out extra money that we had not budgeted for to pay for a travel \"expert's\" incompetence. Even after explaining this to another agent, they still refuse to give us the package at the agreed upon price. "
