Shocking service
After several e-mails / tel calls to Flight Centre, still waiting on a refund 30 weeks later. Yes 30 weeks! Was initially advised it would take 12 weeks. Zero customer service, absolute disgraceful service. No effort to reach out to me as the client. Will NEVER use them again - NEVER!
