SHOCKING CANCELATION FLIGHT CENTER

Probably the worse experience getting/purchasing an airfare on line. Would not recommend even the enemy to use their service. After initial smooth and almost R2k (suprise) less than buying direct from the airline, it turned into a nightmare scenario, resulting in R142 000.00 being spent among two c/cards (R71k each card) and hence the available to spend funds were exhausted preventing me from purchasing a new fare this time direct (Ethiopian airlines). Flight Centre canceled the booking stating the reason that airline did not confirm, impossible to believe because the very same fare was available online both via them (Flight Centre) and Ethiopian airlines, emails stating the estimated refund processed times are vary from the same person, in one email its 2-5 business days, in another its 5-10 business days. Avoid like a PLAGUE!!!
