Shame on Musgrave Dbn Flight Centre for taking advantage of a person with a disabilty

Flite Centre Musgrave Staff.. WHO KNOW my husband has Parkinsins (&memory probs) & needs a wheelchair.. sold him a ticket to Gatwick UK for R14.,500! on his debit card WITHOUT his ID or Passport. I ALWAYS accompany him to book flites to Jhb. They KNOW THAT. I have his POA & keep his docs & credit card locked up. One Stop Travel.. who don't even know him.. realised his cognitive issues & refused to sell him a ticket until he brought his passport & credit card. That's how I was alerted. Now Natasha..a Manager at Flite Centre Musgrave.. who was only interested in a hardsell..has deducted a R6 000 cancellation fee! It might be legal.. but it's totally ********* to take advantage of a person with a disability. Shame on Flight Centre! Flite Centre don't advertise an email for Customer Services/Complaints to make it difficult to complain.
