Samsung & Travel Centre R5000 travel voucher ****

Widaadh Petersen from Flight Centre Business Travel couldn't care less about my business. I had a R5000 "travel voucher" from Samsung in partnership with Flight Centre, and I tried to get some flights for December, but to my shock they were charging 66% or R4300 just on commission, almost the value of the "travel voucher"?!?!?!? She couldn't answer my question, so if anyone at Travel Centre / Samsung cares about this, please answer my question wrt why the commission is so high just for a simple flight booking?!? Went to book my own flights, won't be falling for this **** again, thanks for nothing Samsung & Flight Centre...
