Rosemary Norman from Flight Centre West Coast is Amazing!

We want to express our sincerest gratitude and appreciation for the excellent service and the extra special efforts that Rosemary Norman from Flight Centre West Coast Village, Bloubergstrandt Cape Town provided to us after we received the devastating news that our family’s December Holiday flights to Hong Kong were cancelled by SAA. Rosemary was so helpful when we first went to her to book our flight a few months prior, giving us excellent pointers, tips and advice on our upcoming trip. She however exceeded all our expectations when she relentlessly fought the airline for days on our behalf to get us re-booked on another airline at no extra cost. She was an absolute rock for us in this very difficult and stressful process. The service she has provided goes above and beyond anything we have experienced with other travel agents. It is extremely gratifying to discover at long last a Travel Agent that truly understands the meaning of service. Rosemary is a force to be reckoned with and with service like hers Flight Centre is in great hands and we will deal with no one else going forward!
