Request for a refund
Good afternoon,
I had a specific person Lynette machiri who was assisting me for almost 3 months now. Now that the refund is due to me, suddenly I am assigned a ticket number. I am not happy with this development and just wanted feedback as to when I will be receiving my refund which should have been reflecting in my account?
A speedy response will be greatly appreciated.
