Remarkable service from an outstanding human

Absolutely grateful for the amazing service provide by Jarryd Harris who works in the Online Customer Support Team with the cancellation and rebooking of my flight. I was left in the awful position of having to postpone my trip because my visa had not arrive in time and the service I received from Jarryd was remarkable. He stayed cool, calm and collected while I tried frantically to rearrange my trip. Thank you for making what was a terrible situation so smooth and easy and for all of your assistance.
