Refusing refunds
I was one of the unfortunate clients that had their Kulula tickets cancelled. Contacted Flight Centre and was told they can't help me and I must speak to Kulula. When I asked my bank to reverse the transaction Flight Centre refused. Abysmal service.

Please note, as Flight Centre is a third party travel re-seller, and is not the company that failed to deliver a service for the funds paid, chargeback requests to Flight Centre will be disputed. The airline is the company that failed to render the service paid for and refunds would need to be claimed from them. As the company has gone into liquidation, affected passengers need to contact the liquidating company in order to seek refunds
Customers can contact the liquidators of Comair - Kaap Vaal Trust - on *** or visit http://www.kaapvaal.co.za/ for more information on how to become a creditor in order to claim refunds
