Thank you for the updates. We'll let the Customer Experience expert know of your additional comments and dissatisfaction with the refund amount being offered by the airline. Unfortunately, when the ticket is purchased and cancelled the relevant cancellation penalties would apply and are deducted from the airline directly which we don't have control over.
