RE: FLIGHT CENTRE CANAL WALK- FAARIZ DAVIDS
What do we think about travel agents these days? Pretty stock standard, run of the mill. Follows procedures, happy with mediocracy. But not Faariz from Flight Centre Canal Walk. That man is worth his weight in gold, plus a few extra kgs.
No matter where I am in the world, what I need, whether I am shouting or crying on the phone, he remains cool, calm and collected. I thank him for all his help, he is such a big asset to the Flight Centre team and I will continue doing business with them!
