Our investigation into the matter has highlighted that our online team leader and two members of the Customer Experience team have been in contact with you regarding the changes to your flight for the 22nd of December as a result of the latest travel bans. We understand the turnaround time in this regard was not instant due to the influx of requests as a result of the travel bans. Our records indicate that you have elected to obtain a refund for the travel which was submitted to the airline. You have been duly informed that the refund will take a minimum of 12-weeks to be received from the airline.
In line with our conversation regarding the alleged racial **************, you experienced when dealing with one of the staff member's. We confirm that you were not able to go into detail about what was said, nor were you able to provide any details of the person you spoke to. You have however confirmed being in possession of a recording of that call. You have noted your willingness to share this call with us to enable us to identify the consultant and address the matter in line with our company policy. FCTG takes your allegations very serious and confirms that to date we have not been provided with the recording as per our conversation. Once received we are more than happy to further investigate the matter.
