Professional, Dignified and Courteous
Fiona Naidoo gave us the best service at a time in our lives when we really needed to be handled with the utmost care. My aunt in the US was really sick and my mom needed to get there urgently - she made all the bookings and accommodated all the changes with the greatest professionalism and the sweetest smile that you could see across an email or call.
