Process fulfilled professionally, after a lot of patience.
I needed a refund for a canceled flight via EgyptAir. Initially, I was not very impressed with how long it took to complete this. I waited a full 16 months. However, since I contacted Nabihah Savat and Rosemary Norman, the process was done professionally and quickly. I do not recommend flight center as such, but I can say that these two ladies were tremendous.
