Pricing
I went in yesterday for a quote for flights and flight center cradlestone , the lady that help was friendly but did not seem to know what she was doing. as the flights came up to R77 000 from jhb to Poland then to Milan and back to jhb, when i did my own costing all the flights came up to R36000. She must have got the wrong costing or Flight Centre is making more then 100% mark up, the worst thing is i have not even received a quote as of yet.

Our industry is heavily reliant on availability which changes constantly and availability is unfortunately beyond Flight Centre's control. Airlines reserve the right to make amendments to their rates and schedules without any prior notice. At times they also have dedicated online fares that can be booked but only directly with them which then creates a large difference in pricing.

The air fares for the mentioned airline were slightly higher in comparison to the other airlines.
We can further confirm that the air fare you have advised you got which was significantly lower was for one traveler.
