poor customer training and no obligation to assist

Hi. I called in 1 week ago and asked for a quote. It was given to me telephonically and i asked for it to be emailed To me. I am still waiting for the email. I called in 4 said ago and the lady said she Would get the consultant to email me and call me back immediately. I am still waiting. Do you want business or not?
