Poor customer service

I have had the worst experience booking my Topdeck tour via Bongi Gwala at the Randpark Ridge office. I found her to be extremely unhelpful through the whole process. She takes days to reply to emails and provides information that is inaccurate/ insufficient. The tour has still not been finalized and I am struggling to get hold of her. I am the one that is constantly following up and suggesting various options. This has been extremely frustrating and I am horrified at the poor customer service. I am genuinely concerned about having to finalize my tour through this specific agent.
