Poor Customer Service

<p>My son bought a ticket to Ireland through Flight center. As you are not required to have a visa the forms confirm this. They also failed to advise what other documentation he might need.</p> <p>Late on a Sunday night he was refused travel. Onthe monday morning flight center sold him another ticket.</p> <p>They continue to be as obstructive as possible.</p> <p>Charging penalties that he was never able to avoid and not just reissuing the ticket.</p>
