Peace of Mind

I used to make my own reservations over the Internet. The last few years I have been making my bookings through Flight Centre. Last week I flew to Durban and nearly missed my flight through my own mistake. As I was running to the gate, I was thinking that I hope I don't miss my flight but wasn't worried about it because I know that Dalize at Flight Centre Woodlands would be able to sort it out if I missed it. After arriving in Durban, when I got the car that was reserved, when I found problems during the inspection, I was not worried because I know that Dalize would sort it out. It did not need to contact Dalize, but it was the peace of mind. That you cannot pay for. Excellent service!
