Payment problems

When making my booking my bank blocked the payment on my credit card. This resulted in me having to restart my booking on flight center. Payments of this high amount are often blocked by the bank, so why does flight center make us restart the process. I still want the same ticket! I have made multiple bookings via FlightCentre and have always been very happy except for this small issue!
