Pathetic service from whole team including management

We booked and paid for our flights on Wednesday 23/10, now Saturday 26/10 lunch time Flight center have still not confirmed our flights which is holding up the rest of our journey we cant book. I've sent over 10 emails to management and online support with nearly no response. We have a 8 month old son and wanted to depart LHR lunchtime instead Flight center have booked us on a flight landing in Germany at 11pm and wont correct their mistake or respond correctly to emails/phone calls. I have only given 1 star as there is no option for less. Absolutely pathetic service and definitely wont be recommending this company to any family/friends
