Pathetic

Flight Centre are a bunch of ******* and have absolutely zero service delivery. I booked and paid for a return flight through flight centre for my fiance a while ago. The morning before the flight we get an SMS stating that all flights are cancelled due to kahlula having finance issues.

I therefore had to spend a further R2800 to book another ticket for her through someone else.

After being shunted around from person to person with flight centre I eventually got a response that they would apply for a refund for me.

Kahlula has already issued refunds to people for flights that were canceled. I have since sent 4 follow up emails over a period of almost 3 weeks now to flight centre and I get ignored point blank?

I booked and paid for the ticket through flight centre. Not kahlula. So it is your responsibility to give me my refund.

I will not recommended this company to anyone as they do not care about you or how you get treated. All they care about is taking your money.
