Mikhaila Frantz , team leader at the Gardens Branch is simply brilliant, She showed patience and efficiency by being available 200% of the time. She dealt with every query and flight cancelation , hotel and transfer issues when needed was dealt with. She gave us information when called upon. She remained friendly and kind the entire time.
