Package promised vs package received was very different. Incorrect information provided

I am so disappointed with the service. I walked into your branch asking specifically for a golf holiday. Your special advertised that golf was free on this special. A week before my departure date I was informed that the course is an hour away from the resort. Once I arrived at the resort I found out the course is actually an hour and a half away from the resort, and would cost over MUR3000 to travel there, out of my own pocket per day. That's 3 hours of travel a day out of an 8 hour day whilst I am on holiday. I also found out once I got to the resort that the golf course was under renovation and that 9 holes are closed. The greens on the 9 holes that were open were in shocking condition (see attached pic). I paid to play at another golf course (Tamarina) which is 15 minutes away from the hotel, and found out that if I booked another hotel (Sugar beach), I would have had all my golf and transfers for free, with a fully open golf course. I found this out on a billboard at the golf course (see attached). There are probably much better specials out there. I wonder what the purpose of Flight Centre is, if they cannot advise you properly and if they just waste your money. To anyone looking to book a golf holiday like my girlfriend and I, do your research and interrogate your agent. You can't trust that all will be disclosed. You also insulted me by offering me a free round of golf after I complained - something I was supposed to be entitled to anyway, and that is actually free to anyone staying at our hotels sister resort. You have lost my support.
