Overall experience:- good
It would have been a great to excellent experience, however one of the agents “Colin “ gave me incorrect advice and contact numbers to follow. Calling the helpline again put me in touch with a great agent Sibusiso (excellent service) . Too bad that one person spoiled the overall experience
