OUTSTANDING SERVICE - Tamara Aroun (Flight Centre Sandton)

With the recent new covid variant my mothers flight unfortunately got cancelled from the UK for the second time - my mother is 71 years old and works in the UK and has been doing so for the last year and a half with no break. And she was devastated that she would not be able to see her family and have a rest. Out of desparation I called flight centre and was lucky enough to go through to Tamara - who did not hesitate for a second to say that she had it in hand and will revert back ASAP with any possibilities that she could help with.. Within the next few minutes Tamara had it all sorted and within that hour we had a flight booked and eticket all done! What amazing service - so quick, friendly, understanding and she dealt with my issue with the greatest urgency which was so appreciated. You dont get this service anymore. Thank you Tamara for all your help and making it possible.
