Outstanding Service by Mashuda Joulay
Mashuda Joulay delivered an outstanding level of service. We were caught in a predicament where Virgin Airlines had cancelled our flights to the UK. She had us on a KLM flight the next day and has helped us cancel the Virgin flights. She even drove around 10km to bring our tickets to us. Thank you very much Mashuda
