Oustanding booking confirmation

I called Flight Centre today at 13:52 and spoke to an agent introduced as Andrew. I needed a quote on flights from Johannesburg to Cape Town, of which he gave me R1693/person for 3 people. I also asked that he give me a quote on accommodation so I can compare to what I already reserved. He promised to send it to my email in 2 hours. At 15:53 I called and spoke to Sibongile who gave me a landline number that I called tracing Andrew with no success. At 17:31 I called again and spoke to Megan who promised to call back with feedback on what transpired as I wanted to speak to the manager. No response from any of these people and I'm concerned as we planned to leave on Friday 27/Nov.
