I have received such excellent service from Tanya Smith during the month of August.<br> <br> There was a huge error with our original booking (group of 8 friends) with another company which led to the cancellation of the flights and accommodation 4 days before departure to Miami and Vegas.<br> <br> I approached Flight centre in Centurion mall with our current problem. We still needed to depart on the original dates and this was already planned for. Tanya managed to obtain quotes the same afternoon for the same price we were going to pay with the other company. Our booking was finalized the following day. I did not think it was possible to get a booking for all flights and accommodation on such short notice but Tanya amazed us with the outstanding job!<br> <br> Her willingness to assist, friendly tone and very professional attitude helped us on our journey and indeed we had the time of our lives!<br> <br> Thank you Tanya. <br> <br> A promotion is definitely in order....
