Good day,
I visited the Ballito branch of Flight Centre on 16-Aug-2026 to enquire about a booking for a vacation for me and my family. I was advised by a lady in the store that the travel agents do not work on Sundays. She then requested I leave my details for someone to get back to me. I completed a form with all the requested information and handed it to the lady in store. To date, 24-Aug-2026, nobody from Flight Centre Ballito Junction has made any contact with me.

Your false feedback, and the lack of service from Flight Centre Ballito Junction as well as the Flight Centre group is noted.
Fortunately, there are a number of other travel agents who have so long provided quotes and good service to me.

I received an e-mail from Lwazi Vazhure, a Customer Experience Social Expert at Flight Centre on 28-Aug-2026. I rep**** to her e-mail on 29-Aug-2026. to date I have had no response from Lwazi or anyone at Flight Centre Ballito Junction.
It seems Flight Centre provides services to only certain groups of people.
