No Refund received from Flight Centre cancelled flight
I am another victim of Flight Centre. Our bookings were cancelled on 1 December 2021 but we have not received our refund yet. Calling them does not help as you get a standard response that they (Flight Centre) has not received the refund from the airline!

We understand that it is frustrating waiting for a refund. We take every precaution to ensure our customers are fully aware of the turnaround times surrounding refund applications, especially within the current climate. The terms and conditions presented to you at the time of booking, makes mention that refunds can take up to 12 weeks to be processed in full. Given that your cancellation took place on 1 December 2021, your refund may only be processed at the end of the month.
We will ensure that our Customer Experience team get in touch with you to provide you with a status update on your refund application.
We deeply regret any inconvenience experienced.
