No help Travel/Visa Agents

<p>Travel agent at Musgrave Centre extracted afee of R2300 per person for a Spanish visa in early March. Appt was made for interview at BLS. No breakdown of costs shared. No agency name just Nicola.Day before appointment we are delayed 2 hours in Durban as we were roadtripping to Pretoria. as the document folder was alleged to be returned by BLS Pretoria on morning of 03.04.2017 and we were required to take it with us.This flatly denied by BLS.</p> <p>Cash totalling R2200 was given in an envelope.In Pretoria,no agent met with us.We were then told EFT was expected.When fee was queried Travel agent states Flight Cenre Global levies this and exemplary services have been afforded. We ought to have had better information re Spain and Schengen from the start.Ther is actually no need for an intermediary(Natasha Joseph)) to an intermediary(nicola) to an intermediary(BLS).The lack of proper travel advice and resultant visa fees for a lack of actual effort and no proof of waybills for courier services leaves this traveller feeling abused.</p>
