No Feedback / Service Flight Centre South Africa
I want to complaint about service I receive from Flight Centre.
I had a booking to fly to London on saterday 30 April flight number TK0041 booking ref JWPSFX. The flight was cancelled by Turkish airline because of technical error and I had to book a new ticket with British airlines back to London. I spoke to Turkish airlines and they said I must speak to my booking agency for a refund.
I'm not sure what problem is but it seems Flight Centre does not contact Turkish Airlines or maybe they does not get feedback from them.
I'm very dissapointed with service received from Flight Centre South Africa as well as Turkish Airlines.
Will not make use of either of them again.
