NO customer service from Flight Centre
I booked ticket in December 2019. unfortunately Covid hit.
i opted for refund option and i am still waiting everyday, i get excuses, Flight centre is waiting for Ethiopian airlines , noone responds, i booked with Flight Centre they must refund me.
but they do nothing .just excuses.

Our Customer Experience team has been in touch with you throughout regarding your refund. We understand and appreciate your position.
When making a booking with Flight Centre, we are transparent in communicating that although we act as the travel agency, your travel product is confirmed with a third party supplier. Ethiopian Airlines are the supplier for your travel booking and would need to release the refund to Flight Centre, so that we can pass this on to you. Flight Centre has been advocating for your refund throughout. As committed by our Customer Experience team earlier today, we will provide you with a bi-weekly update on the progress of your refund going forward.
We regret that you are disappointed with Flight Centre. Unfortunately we do not have the funds from the airline to pass on to you at this time.
