Nicolle you’re the best!!!

I don’t like paying for big items online and thankfully I had a glitch when I tried to purchase my flight tickets because then I got chatting with Nicolle Bester who has helped me in 2019 and again in 2020 when I needed to book flights from China to South Africa. Nicolle has been superb with my many requests and changes and bared with me with such professionalism as being abroad means there is a time difference which obviously affects messaging. This year, in light of what is happening in China, my return flight needed to be extended then it got canceled. Nicolle kept me up to date with information from the airline and always gave me the best options as I had decision fatigue. She encouraged me when I was feeling hopeless with my situation and helped me to finally book my flight back. She also always checks in with me if there were any delays and makes sure I arrived at my destination safely. She has been such a helping hand and breathe of fresh air during these trying times.
