Nicholas Botha is the BUSINESS!!!!
Hi Flight Centre,
This review is long overdue but I wanted to give it the attention it deserved.
I was planning a trip with my daughter overseas and reached out to a number of travel agencies to get assistance. I believe that I logged a message for someone to call me back on your website and initially I was under impression that the service would be sub par due to the time it took to respond. BOY WAS I WRONG.
Nicholas Botha from your Durban branch contacted me and he meticulously build me and my daughter a dream holiday. The number of times I asked him to change things, he always responded promptly and with an AMAZING attitude. He knew I was getting quotes from other travel agents and seemed non-plussed by this, just continued to provide AMAZING service. He was so attentive to my needs and he never deviated from my requirements to push the SALE. I am absolutely WOWED by his service. He was truly AMAZING.
Needless to say my trip to Bali with my daughter in December is booked through you. I cannot thank Nicholas enough for the service he rendered. I am absolutely speechless and a little teary over the experience and I haven't even made it to the hotel yet.
Thank you so much for everything Nicholas. I cannot thank you enough. You deserve the world and you shall have it. :-)
