Never go to Flight Centre Nicolway

Don't ever use Flight Centre Nicolway. We have had a horrible experience with Flight Centre Nicolway (and this is not the first time) We booked our tickets in December and with the COVID-19 outbreak we tried to find out what would happen to our flights and where to go from here. We had a very rude lady say she didn't know why we are contacting her, this is non of her business and the guy who is handling this is at a funeral (even though she was the first lady to issue us the tickets.) She was very rude throughout the call and said that she will get a hold of us 72hrs before flight if she has time.
