I wish to congratulate the consultant, Maselane Tswai from Flight Centre online Customer Support, who assisted me in correcting my name on my flight ticket. Her professional assistance and service went beyond the call of duty, by keeping me updated both telephonically and by emails. I can not thank her enough for keeping my stress levels down.
