Nadine was amazing - Important info should be highlighted more

Nadine was amazing! I phoned after hours with a crises from the airport and she was so kind, helpful and professional. She also sorted the problem out very quickly. Certain information that is very important for the flight you book, like a Schengen Visa that is needed for a 2 city stop-over in Schengen countries even if not staying there, should be highlighted more and even maybe brought to client's attention via an email that focusses ONLY on that information instead of missing it in all the other information being shown...
