MS. HELENA BOUGAS of flight Centre
FLIGHT CENTRE: TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Since the end of 2019, and then during this year, 2020, (which has been a problematic one for all of us), I have been dealing with Ms. Helena Bougas of the Stellenbosch Square Branch of Flight Centre. What a pleasure it has been to deal with with someone so empathetic, kindly, cheerful and willing to go that extra mile. I wish that more people in her position had her dedication to client service.
