Mpho Sithole is Fantabulous!!!!
With all the pandemic challenges it is so refreshing to deal with Mpho Sithole who is in the call centre for internet bookings. He is a true "ticket change" guru. Sorted out quickly and efficiently. Flight Centre you need more staff like him......

13 Oct 2021, 12:42Maybe he needs to be also rewarded by management with a performance bonus or an extra day paid holiday. If the company doesn't reward excellence your best performers will be headhunter by your competitors
