Most amazing service

Hello FC Management, RE: KABELO MAUTLWE We have used flight centre for over 10 years! We booked our Zanzibar trip in February and decided to fetch our documents on Saturday 20 March whilst shopping. Our trip was booked with another consultant who was not on duty and who did not have our pack ready for collection. Kabelo was very busy with customers at the time but he made sure to acknowledge us whilst waiting and quickly enquired how he could assist with a smile, sincere, and very professional! We arranged to continue shopping to give him a chance to prepare our pack and he promised to wait for us even if the store was closed at 13h00! Luckily we made it just before then. Kabelo had some pressure with the printer acting up :-) but managed to provide us with a well put together pack, took us through all the details and chatted about Zanzibar to make sure we are comfortable with all the transfers and arrangements. Just when we were about to leave he surprised us with a Flight Centre gift - everything we would need to make sure we are plugged in at the hotel!!!!! This service from Kabelo -not being our agent was outstanding! I took his card and will without a doubt, definitely arrange our next trip with him, even if he is moved to another store. This guy is a HUGE ASSET to your company! Please thank him again on our behalf for his selfless and sincere service.
